THE STATE OF WASHINGTON TO THE SHERIFF OF OKANOGAN COUNTY GREETINGS:

WHEREAS, in the above-entitled court on March 13, 2014, Plaintiff, secured a judgment against defendant Donald DuBois, in the amount of $427,329.98 together with interest at an adjustable rate per annum, $59.89 per diem from February 13, 2014 through the date ofjudgment and continuing thereafter until the date of sale.

WHEREAS, 29 days elapsed from (day after payoff date) through the entry of judgment on March 13,2014 Per diem interest in the amount of $59.89 multiplied by 29 days results in additional interest in the amount of $1,736.81, which when added to the sum of $427,329.98 results in a total judgment amount of $429,066.79

WHEREAS, the judgment is a foreclosure against parties of a Deed of Trust Mortgage on real estate in’Okanogan County, Washington, described as follows:

THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 33 NORTH, RANGE 25, E.W.W, OKANOGAN COUNTY, WASHINGTON. EXCEPT THE SOUTH 300.00 FEET THEREOF, AND EXCEPT ANY PORTION LYING WITHIN THE RIGHT OF WAY OF OKANOGAN COUNTY ROAD KNOWN AS SPRING COULEE ROAD.

and commonly known as: 189 Dry Coulee Rd, Okanogan, WA 98840

WHEREAS, on March 13,2014, the Court ordered that all of the above-described property be sold and the proceeds applied to the payment of principal, interest, attorney fees, costs and disbursements and other recovery amounts with interest to date ofthe sale of the property.

NOW, THEREFORE, in the name of the STATE OF WASHINGTON you are hereby commanded to proceed to seize and sell forthwith and without appraisement, the property above-described, in the manner provided by law, or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy the judgment amount plus interest to the date ofsale. The redemption period is 12 months. The Sheriffs notice of sale shall be published in The Chronicle.
